Yes - we will advise you of the cost changes and once you have signed the variation we will have the change acted on.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Yes, we use a standard BSA contract, signed by builder and client .

Can I do some of the work myself?

We will look at what you want to do, and assess every situation individually.

How do I know what is included in the price?

All the inclusions are listed in the contract and specification.

Do you organise Council & engingeers approval ?

Yes we organise this for you.
